Print Orders/Shipping || Prints are packaged and shipped as carefully as possible to ensure they arrive safely. Dependent upon the size, larger prints often need mailing tubes for packaging and shipping, rather than a flat, rigid mailer. If you are not familiar with working with rolled prints, taking it directly to a professional framer is the best advice as they will handle all the steps for you.
Large Prints || If you plan to frame a print yourself, when you receive your shipping tube package and open it, gently unroll the print. Allow it to relax and uncurl on a clean, dry flat surface. If necessary, place heavy books at the corners to help the process along. Make sure that the packaging or fresh parchment paper protects the surface of the print (front and back), before doing so. Usually a print will relax and lay flat for framing within 24-48 hours.

Gift Items/AURAGEMS || Many items in the shop will often ship separately from the print orders. AURAGEMS jewelry/semiprecious gemstone items include free gift wrapping.
International Orders by Invoice || We are happy to ship orders internationally. To get an accurate price, we need to give a quote on the complete order and calculate the shipping and handling. For this reason, international orders will be completed BY INVOICE order only. These orders are non-returnable & non-refundable. Customer agrees to pay insurance in addition to shipping and handling fees. All added fees/customs/etc are the responsibility of the customer. EMAIL to order with specifications of the exact items and quantity you intend to order. Also, include first/last name and complete mailing address.
Shipping Damage/Damaged Print Package || In the event of a receiving a damaged print package, emailed notification must be received within 24 hours of the delivery time for help resolve the issue. You must present the damaged packaging notice supplied by the shipping service, so do not throw that out.
